EOBD Facile: OBD 2 Car Scanner App Reviews

I bought this for my Honda Element because I had a check engine light come on. It worked well but o water to clear it, so I upgraded. It did not work . Tried several steps to make it work and no luck . Works for the codes but the upgrade to clear them did not.

This app is a joke. It does not do what is advertised. It did find the code but had to buy the premium version to try and clear the code. Did not clear the code $14.00 later. Does not see anything like the screen shots show. I feel scammed.

Nice app. Very easy to use. Absolutely no issues hooking up to the Xseries wi-fi ELM 327 unit.

Had trouble with chevy trail blazer. Could not even access trouble codes, or tranny. Worked as it said it would on Audi and Saab.

Free version used to allow codes reset. Other free apps allow that and sensor data. Free functions very limited. Pro functions have potential. Without evaluating them on the free version it would be difficult to judge its performance. U could be losing paid upgraders for that. The connection process is slow and disconnects too easily and often and not easily reconnected. Having some way of trying the higher functions before buying and fixing the connection issues Would rate this higher. The main plus is its clear drive cycle tests section.

I bought this a few years ago and upgraded to the full version - It will not connect to the interface which makes it garbage.

You need to purchase a diagnostic device to use app.

Works great with my iPhone 6. Connects easy to elm327. Does basic functions easily.

Works well on my 335d and F430 using an ELM327 wifi connector from Amazon.

Almost every feature of the free app requires purchase. And if you’re going to buy it, you may as well buy a good one for $9.99 like OBD Fusion.
